About
No matter what type of garden I create, I want my designs to feel abundant and bursting with life- a place you can escape to, and that children can explore.
I work on gardens of any size and am happy to redesign part or all of the space, keeping you involved in the decision making process all along the way.
As wild and uninhabited areas of the UK decrease, our gardens have become a haven for wildlife, so I design, plant and maintain gardens in a way that can help support essential ecosystems.
I work alone and do all the surveys, planning and planting myself. I have certificates in both RHS Garden Planning and RHS Practical Horticulture and have been designing gardens in Birmingham since 2017.
Reviews
The Garden is a lovely environment and allows students to get closer to nature. It’s a beautiful age appropriate sensory space. I like the giant mirrors so that students will be able to see themselves in the reflections, I also like the fact that the new areas are completely accessible to allow for student independence & encourage gardening/nurturing skills. I can’t wait to see it grow and progress over the year and look forward to seeing some activities in the area soon!

"When we moved to our new house, the garden had been neglected for 20 years. Blanche spoke to us about what we wanted and instantly had a vision, you can tell she loves what she does and is very knowledgeable about plants. We now have a beautiful Japanese inspired garden with places to sit in the morning and afternoon sun, a veg plot, flower beds and a wildlife pond."

"We are enthusiastic but clueless when it comes to gardening so asked Blanche for a bespoke garden design. She listened to everything we wanted and came up with ingenious ideas we would never have thought of ourselves. We are already planning to ask Blanche to design our front garden and would recommend her wholeheartedly!"
